Welcome to our new Account Manager: Rebecca Clarke
We’re constantly growing at the moment to meet the demands of our fantastic clients. This month we’re pleased to welcome Rebecca Clarke to the Prominence team as an Account Manager.
Most of you probably already know Rebecca but if you’ve been stuck in the cupboard for the last few years, here is what you need to know:
Rebecca has a wide range of recruitment and human resources experience, having worked in the recruitment industry for the past 15 years. Recently she has led the internal HR function and suite of Talent Management solutions for Drake New Zealand. Her recruitment experience includes working full 360 temp and perm recruitment, roles as an Account Manager, Manager and Technologies Specialist. Most importantly she’s always focused on ensuring an excellent brand experience and delivering measurable results for her customers.
Rebecca is a self-confessed serial volunteer who likes to surround herself with great people, who are passionate about what they do, and why they do it. Others may say she’s inherently curious and likes to be where the action is! Her volunteer experience includes four years on the HRINZ (Human Resources Institute of New Zealand) Auckland Branch Committee, two of these years as Auckland Branch President. She was recently co-opted onto the NZ Council of the RCSA (Recruiting and Consulting Services Association) to manage the social media portfolio. Rebecca loves to bridge the worlds of recruitment and HR, and thrives on helping to lift workplace capability to drive business progress. She has a few new volunteer industry collaboration projects on the go which include jobseeker meetups and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
A definite fashionista, Rebecca thinks that fashion retail has prepared her well for recruitment. Whether you’re looking for the perfect pair of jeans, or a great new role or employee, ultimately it’s the fit that matters most. Whilst we’re on the subject of fashion Rebecca is a bit of a chameleon when it comes to her hair, confessing that she likes to change it up regularly to keep people guessing.
As a socially driven person with a slightly nerdy past of being a tap dancing mathlete, we expect she will find a lot of kindred spirits right here in the office!
Welcome to Prominence, Rebecca!
